Registration Fees:

$30 for the first dancer
$15 for each additional dancer in the same family

Tuition is based on a 37-week school year.
Hours per week are calculated per family not per dancer.

In-Studio Registration:
Friday, Aug 13th, 10 AM - 1 PM
Saturday, Aug 14th, 12 PM - 2 PM
Sunday, Aug 15th, 2 PM - 4 PM

A printable registration form may be downloaded here and submitted to the studio.

Returning VRBA dancers and parents, please check the studio bulletin board and/or your email for class placement information.

Notes about required classes by Ballet level:

Pre-Ballet, Yr 1 Ballet 1, Yr 2 Ballet 1
- choose 1 class per week
Ballet 1A (2x/wk)
- Tuesday & Thursday 4:30-5:30
Ballet 2 & Character 1
- Tuesday 5:30-6:30
- Thursday 5:30-7:00
- Thursday (Character) 4:30-5:30 required
Ballet 3 & Character 2 & Pre/Beg Pointe
- Monday 5:30-7:00
- Wednesday 4:30-6:00
- Thursday 5:30-6:30
- Wednesday (Character) 6:00-7:00
- Saturday 12:30-2:00,
  optional but strongly recommended; can be used as makeup day

Int/Adv Ballet & Character 3
- Tuesday 6:30-8:00
- Wednesday 7:00-8:30
- Thursday 6:30-8:00
- Friday 4:30-6:00

When you register online, you may select Ballet 1A, 2, 3, or Int/Adv Trainee Track to register for the required classes above instead selecting each required class individually.

Unsure about which classes to register for?

If your child is a returning VRB dancer, please refer to your dancer's class placement (posted on the bulletin board and emailed during the summer). If your child will be new to VRB please let our dance staff assist you in choosing the best classes for your dancer. If you have any questions, please send us an email or call us at 757-229-2553.

Class Placement

Class placement is based on ability and age appropriateness of the techniques being taught. t New dancers will be evaluated by an instructor in a trial class to determine proper class placement. Current students will receive class placement for the new dance year prior to the summer class session.
