VRB's 2009 Production of The Nutcracker

VRB's 2009 production of "The Nutcracker" was performed Dec. 19th at 2 PM and 7:30 PM and Dec. 20th at 2 PM at William & Mary's Phi Beta Kappa Memorial Hall. Heidi Robitshek, former artisitic director of Chamber Ballet for 35 years, brought to life this holiday classic in Williamsburg for the 32nd year. Our 2009 production of The Nutcracker was a great success. We are very proud of all of our Nutcracker dancers! VRB would like to thank all of the wonderful dancers and their familiies for making this happen.

Virginia Regional Ballet performed an eclectic program featuring students in classical ballet,
contemporary ballet, character, and jazz at the Kimball Theatre on Sunday, October 5th at 12 noon.

All but our youngest dancers participated in the beloved tale of Klara, the Nutcracker Prince, the Mouse King, dancing snowflakes, the Sugar Plum Fairy, and all the wonders in the Land of Sweets!

Our 2007 production of "The Nutcracker" marked Ms. Heidi's 30th production of this beloved Christmas classic. The Nutcracker was danced on Saturday, December 15th and Sunday, December 16th at William & Mary's Phi Beta Kappa Memorial Hall.
